Solutions Integration Engineer

The Solutions Integration Engineer will be responsible for building, deploying, and supporting integrations that accelerate customer onboarding and deliver clear time-to-value. This role requires expertise in APIs, enterprise SaaS platforms, and scripting, along with strong communication skills to partner directly with customers. The ideal candidate will deliver reusable connectors, deployment playbooks, and successful pilots that seamlessly convert into production.

Responsibilities

• Build and support integrations with ERP, CRM, ITSM, and collaboration platforms.
• Develop custom connectors, webhooks, and data pipelines.
• Partner with customers to define requirements and success criteria.
• Instrument pilots for measurement and document solutions for handoff.
• Deliver reusable connectors and playbooks for faster deployments.
• Ensure fast, reliable customer onboarding with measurable time-to-value.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building and deploying enterprise SaaS integrations.
• Strong API expertise with REST, GraphQL, and webhooks.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, ITSM, collaboration tools).
• Proficiency in Python or Node.js for custom connector development.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to produce clear solution documentation.
• Proven ability to manage pilots and customer handoffs under time pressure.
• Bias to action and comfort with ambiguous requirements.

Nice to Haves

• Familiarity with integration tools such as Airbyte, n8n, Workato, or Mulesoft.
• Knowledge of security and compliance considerations in integrations.
• Experience building connector SDKs or integration marketplaces.

Customer-facing integration deployment experience.
