The Business Analyst will work with finance teams to capture requirements, document processes, and support system implementations. The role involves bridging the gap between business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Finance team to document processes.
• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for developers.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support testing and UAT to ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the finance domain.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA preferred.
