Job Description
The Business Analyst will work with finance teams to capture requirements, document processes, and support system implementations. The role involves bridging the gap between business and technology teams.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Finance team to document processes.
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for developers.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support testing and UAT to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the finance domain.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA preferred.
