Job Description

The Inside Sales Executive will handle lead generation, sales pipeline management, and client engagement for global markets. This role demands proactive communication, CRM expertise, and strong negotiation skills to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales skills
    • Evaluate leads collected through automated chatbots to confirm effectiveness and engagement levels. 
    • Effective communication and customer service skills 
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes 
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills 
    • Ability to build and maintain client relationships 
    • Fluency in English and local language 
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities 
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot).
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
  • Experience in IT sales/SaaS is a plus.
