Job Description

The Product Manager, AI Platform will define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for platform services and APIs. This role focuses on improving developer experience, ensuring rapid adoption of platform modules, and aligning product outcomes with business and reliability KPIs. The ideal candidate will partner closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver impactful platform features that accelerate customer success.

Responsibilities
  • Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for platform services and APIs.
  • Write clear and detailed PRDs and collaborate with engineering and design.
  • Instrument funnel analytics to measure activation and retention.
  • Run experiments to improve adoption and developer satisfaction.
  • Drive adoption of platform APIs and modules across client environments.
  • Ensure product roadmap aligns with business and reliability KPIs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
  • Proven track record with platform roadmaps, developer experience, and APIs.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
  • Ability to scope MVPs and prioritize effectively.
  • Evidence of shipping platform features that impacted KPIs.
  • Comfort working with technical concepts and architecture tradeoffs.
Nice to Haves
  • Background in AI, ML, or data platforms.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT and security requirements.
  • Experience with developer ecosystems or marketplaces.

Prior experience in startup or zero-to-one product environments.
