The Customer is a US-based leading telecom company participating in the federal Lifeline Support Program and providing pre-paid cell phones and service packages to low-income individuals. The organization is a mission-driven company focused on providing telecom services to the masses.

THE CHALLENGE

As a part of the extended project, ACI Infotech’s analytics team was given a task to design and implement a data management and analytics platform to let the Customer collect data from multiple sources and get insights into customer behavior.
