Our client is a Washington DC based Non-Profit organization. They help supporting almost 30,000 teachers to get more qualified advanced training to lift their carriers. This organization needed a donor management solution and a community portal to streamline their donation management process. They were also needed a customer community, and real time collaboration solutions


The ACI team has transformed and streamlined their Donation Management process and helped them define journey maps. We have built a donor portal and customer community to better manage their donor funnel and customer management. We have also redefined their service process to better service customers, donors and volunteers.
