Job Description

I am looking for a talented & competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment to expand our International business, who will be working out of ACI’s Hyd office covering US Pacific region 7:30 PM– 4:30 AM IST.

What does an Inside Sales Representative do?

An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. He must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day generating interest and handing off to me – Murali for qualifying and progressing into the sales cycle.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities Include:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound research based calls and emails and inbound lead follow-up assigned
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Routing meetings secured / qualified opportunities to me – Murali Pasupathi for further development and closure
  • achieve weekly, Monthly & quarterly quotas assigned
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory

Requirements:

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • B.com/BA degree or equivalent
