Enterprise Sales Territory Management using Salesforce Sales Cloud & Einstein Analytics

BACKGROUND - 

One of the oldest and most respected insurance company needed a solution for Sales Territory management and Analytics. They had evaluated both out-of-the-box Territory Management in Salesforce as well as 3rdparty AppExchange tools, but none were the right fit because they did not support Enterprise Territory Management for their specific needs and did not allow for customizable territory adjustments.

PROJECT - 

The ACI team custom built Enterprise Territory Management, and developed analytics using Einstein Analytics to construct a one-stop, custom Dashboard embedded in a Lightning page that allowed for real-time Sales Performance. The dashboard took advantage of SOQL steps to enable a real-time refresh after every adjustment was added by a Visual Flow. All the components were presented through a custom tab in Sales Cloud.
